Family Medicine
Our family medicine services provide a foundation for your long-term health. From annual wellness exams and preventive screenings to chronic disease management for conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid disorders — we are your trusted health partner throughout every stage of life. We also offer in-person and telehealth appointments for added convenience.
Hormone Therapy
Hormonal imbalances can affect every area of life — energy, mood, libido, metabolic health, and more. Our personalised hormone therapy services address conditions including menopause, post-menopausal hormone therapy, PCOS, thyroid disorders, adrenal fatigue, and insulin resistance. Our psychiatric services are led by retired USAF Staff Sergeant Dr. Candie Wellwood, DNP, PMHNP — a veteran who specialises in PTSD, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders for veterans, first responders, and civilians. We offer in-person and telehealth appointments, ADHD treatment, TMS therapy, and major depressive disorder treatment. We are a VA preferred provider and all psychiatric services are available via referral.

Physical Therapy
Our 4,300 square foot state-of-the-art facility includes a fully equipped rehabilitation gym specialising in sports injury recovery, post-surgical rehab, and pelvic floor therapy. Using evidence-based kinesiology, prescribed exercises, TENS units, and personalised home programmes, we help you recover faster and build lasting resilience. Effective for acute and chronic pain, accidents, and musculoskeletal surgery recovery.
Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care at EHG goes far beyond back pain. Dr. Wellwood is a Board Eligible Chiropractic Internist with advanced training in neuro-hormonal chiropractic — a whole-body approach that recognises the nervous system controls everything. We treat back and neck pain, sciatica, headaches, fibromyalgia, joint pain, and much more through precise, drug-free spinal adjustments that help your body heal itself.
Medical Massage Therapy
Our massage therapy programme covers relaxation massage, sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and rehabilitative massage. Suitable for both women and men. The majority of treatment is home-based, following a detailed consultation and examination to identify the root cause of your condition.

Regenerative Medicine
Dr. Wellwood is the only dual-licensed provider in the region with extensive training in all major Regenerative Injection Techniques — Prolotherapy, Ozone, Perineural, and Placental Tissue. Our regenerative medicine treatments introduce human cell and tissue products directly to the area of pain, targeting degenerated tissue, reducing inflammation, and restoring function. Effective for neck, spine, shoulders, hips, elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles.
Ozonated Therapies
Dr. Wellwood has developed his own proprietary ozonated techniques over years of clinical practice — including Ozonated Dextrose and Ozonated Platelets, combining ozone with PRP and perineural injections for enhanced healing capacity. Prolozone works by saturating the treatment area in oxygen, activating the body’s own anti-inflammatory and stem cell regeneration processes. Studies show ozone injections are effective 61%–96% of the time, with an average of just four treatments.
